Sellers can communicate with registered buyers through the Aucto message center. The Aucto message center allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly and safely through Aucto’s private messaging system. All communication on Aucto is encoded with 128-bit SSL encryption and follows industry standard RSA Security protocols to make sure your information stays safe. Sellers can access the messaging center by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right corner of any Aucto page. You will also be able to review your full message history with all buyers here.
All Aucto onsite auctions have access to a live chat feature that allows sellers to communicate with buyers in real time. Through this feature sellers will be able to respond to any inquiries from buyers as the questions arise.
