How Can I Communicate with Buyers?

Communication is important feature in any business transaction. It reduces the amount of issues that could arise throughout the transaction. In any selling situation the seller and buyer need to be able to clearly and directly communicate with each other to maintain transparency and a strong working relationship with one another. Aucto offers a variety of ways for sellers and buyers to communicate with one another.

Aucto Message Center

Sellers can communicate with registered buyers through the Aucto message center. The Aucto message center allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly and safely through Aucto’s private messaging system. All communication on Aucto is encoded with 128-bit SSL encryption and follows industry standard RSA Security protocols to make sure your information stays safe. Sellers can access the messaging center by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right corner of any Aucto page. You will also be able to review your full message history with all buyers here.

Live Chat

All Aucto onsite auctions have access to a live chat feature that allows sellers to communicate with buyers in real time. Through this feature sellers will be able to respond to any inquiries from buyers as the questions arise.
